1) The web page of our workshop "Ground-based Gamma-ray Astronomy: Towards the Future" is now updated with all talks, some pictures, membership in working groups, and contact information for the next meeting in New Mexico. 2) As we originally planned we would like to write a brief report summarizing the results of this meeting. I ask all speakers to provide me with 1-2 page summaries of the most important points of your talks. This will help us a great deal. I also would like to ask if there are any volunteers to help with putting this report together.

3) In the list of participants of working groups the people who agreed to have administrative responsibilities are marked with *. Administrators should contact members of the groups directly to organize the appropriate work.

4) In the contact section of the webpage there is a screen which can be used to send e-mail to all participants of this workshop, if necessary (I'll try to test it with this message).
