  From the messages I have received it looks like mid-May is the best time to hold the meeting. I have been looking into availability of meeting space in Santa Fe. There is a very nice hotel (La Fonda) that can accomodate us. Many people needed to have the meeting have at least one day during a weekend. This makes scheduling more difficult as they don't like to give out the government rate whe the hotel is booked. (The difference between the government rate and the normal rate is $94 vs. 160-230. depending upon meeting discount) But they can accomodate the following dates:

May 5,6 (arrive May 4 checkout May 6) we can have the conference room
May 11,12 (arrive on the 10th checkout the 12th) This violates the weekend rule.
May 21,22 (arrive on 20th). The rate changes on the night of the 22nd to non-govt.

The meeting discount rate is a function of how many people opt to stay at this hotel. The cost of the meeting space is also a function of how many people opt to stay at the hotel. The hotel is right on the plaza and you can go to the following web site to get a look at it.

Please let me know your preferences by Thursday so I can make the final arrangements. Santa Fe gets very busy in the summer so we need to finalize this quickly.
